Returns

180 the Store will exchange or refund any non-sale merchandise within 7 days of the receipt of the order. All items must be unworn with original tags and in perfect condition. Shoes must be unworn and in the original, undamaged box. Sale Items, fragrances, and lotions are final sales and can not be returned. Customers are responsible for the cost and insurance of return shipping. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned merchandise. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted. To request a return authorization contact us shop@180thestore.com.

Shipping

180 the Store ships only domestic orders free of charge which customers receive within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. These delivery timeframes only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

For international orders, UPS international priority express service, which delivers orders within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, should the package be refused at the point of delivery the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.

Tax

Residents of New York will be charged the States required sales tax on all eligible items. Residents of all other states are exempt and will not be charged tax on their order.
