About us

180 the Store, founded by Denise Williamson, is housed in a restored former dairy factory in Tribeca. The two-floor space features a thoughtfully designed, highly curated interior that showcases luxury craftsmanship across a refined mix of men’s and women’s clothing, homeware, apothecary items, furniture, and art.

After years of launching and developing designers and brands through her PR agency and showroom, Williamson recognized the need for a space where creatives could bring their visions to life. This vision led to the creation of 180 the Store—a platform that seamlessly blends retail, design, and experiential storytelling. The store has since hosted residencies with acclaimed Japanese brands such as Kapital, Visvim, and Chimala, as well as cult favorites like Frama, Comme des Garçons, and industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa.

Beyond fashion, 180 the Store offers an expertly curated selection of furniture from B&B Italia and Herman Miller, glassware by R+D Lab and Vogel Studios, ceramics by Kosi and Samuel Johnson, and lifestyle items such as Hachi by Daikei cookware and room fragrances from Aoiro Airdesign and Oliver Gustav.

Located in the heart of Tribeca, 180 the Store occupies a spacious, light-filled 5,000-square-foot former dairy distribution warehouse. Featuring original wood floors dating back to 1860 and an expansive skylight, the space offers a distinctive blend of historic charm and contemporary design.
